It’s that time of the year! Or rather it’s always the time of year for stress and overwhelm! So we’re back with another negative emotion flip! We’re not talking about things you must DO to combat stress and overwhelm but rather better ways to think about them. Or in other words, we’re taking those negative emotions and flipping them on their head. This time we’re looking at how stress and that feeling of overall panic can give us some very helpful insight. And we’re also sharing some resources we’ve found for focusing our energy pulling our crap together! It’s gonna’ be awesome and we hope you love it.
