I'M ALISON.
I’ve spent a lot of time hiding under my desk, riddled with anxiety, and questioning my worth. But I’ve emerged triumphant (if not only slightly unhinged?) and I want to help YOU do the same, but as YOU!
Why? Because it turns out, I was, am, always have been and always will be inherently whole, or AWESOME! And…YOU’RE ALREADY AWESOME, TOO!
I’ve made a career doing whatever I feel like doing, but mostly I’m an author, speaker, artist, and self-proclaimed nonsense dancer. I pride myself in being a very reasonable unreasonable human. I believe in creating a life you love, leaning into your strengths, and dancing inappropriately.
I’m an enthusiastic girl who decided that I’d rather have fun than have it all together. I’ve been sharing my process, ups and downs, and all I’ve learned from trying to build what I feel called to build for years online, and HOLY CRAP, YOU’VE JUST FOUND ME! And that’s pretty awesome.
