obsessed: other people’s craft ideas

Just because I love sharing my own craft ideas, doesn’t mean I’m not obsessed with other people’s! I’m out of town right now, and I’ve been kind of itching to get my craft on, so I thought I’d share three projects I’d totally do if I was back home right now. They also happen to all be projects of people I’m also obsessed with.

Meta of One More Mushroom just shared a free, pirate doll sewing pattern and tutorial on her blog! It’s so freaking cute. I know Gigi would love one!

Heather, my true love from The Coterie Blog, just shared her amazing $9 DIY picnic blanket! We sit out on it all the time while we shoot the kids with the hose. It’s a pretty good gig.

And my newest obsession?! Brittany Watson Jepsen from The House that Lars Built. Not only can I totally relate to a girl who likes to use all of her last names, but I’m basically in love with EVERY craft she comes up with. She’s a true creative talent and gem. This post-it note pixel photo booth wall is no exception.

Any other DIY’s that have been making your jaw drop? I’m going to go on a major crafting spree when I get back home!

  1. I love Meta’s pirate!!! We should make it together when you get back. I will leave my little pirate with grandma, so he won’t terrorize your little damsel.
