I feel like Easter just hopped (ha!) up out of nowhere this year! Usually I like to make sugar cookies to celebrate, but I seriously ate about a dozen cupcakes this weekend AND I was talking to my friend Heather about things that could fit in plastic eggs other than candy when THIS idea occurred! Since I’ve been so into felt lately, we thought it might be fun if I did a little tutorial on an Easter finger puppet! You can easily shove this in an egg…and it’s fun for all ages! See how much fun I’m having here:
These little bunnies are super simple to make so you’ve still got time! I’ve made a free template that includes the pattern pieces and the “Hoppy Easter” sign.
Look how much Gigi loves them…
And how much Heather’s son Cole loves them…
I made my bunnies with a sewing machine and hand stitching (my tutorial will guide you step by step) but this whole project can be done with a glue gun if you so choose. I won’t even judge you for using one because these are so cute!

this is such a good idea i MIGHT actually go back on my "no making crafts" rule!

Those are UNBELIEVABLY awesome! And…you're an incredible dancer:) I could watch that all day. I laughed out loud – a lot – and there was no one else in the room.
