I am at the point in my day where I am tempted to break my computer into small bite-size pieces so as to avoid having to sit in front of it.
My coworkers would walk by, wonder what crazy craft project I was conducting in my cubicle NOW, and only when the IT guy happened to stumble upon my operation would it really be given any true attention.
Even then, he might just help me break the life-sucking light box into tinier truffle size pieces, (he’s an IT guy, obviously he hates Mac’s) so we could dip them in chocolate and make assorted boxes of MacBook in time for Halloween, or at the very least, in time for the Holiday season. I would make decorative boxes out of origami and label them as, “Apple Bites.”
And on that note, the President of the company just walked by to ask Julia about a client named, Rick James, and now I am desperately, DESPERATELY trying to hold my tongue and not shout out, “HE MUST BE A BRIIIIIICK HOOOOOUSE.” Scratch that, he said, Greg James. Oh, I wish so badly his name was really Rick James. And yet at the same time, I’m so very grateful for once in my life I thought, before I spoke/sang.
Looking on the bright side! I’ve started contributing to a wedding planning blog. Why you ask? Well I’m glad you asked, to answer I will give you this quote,
“Some look at things that are and ask, why? I dream of things that never were and ask, why not?” George Bernard Shaw.
So, why? Why the hell not? No really. I’m contributing to the blog of the woman who planned my wedding. Just because I love love, and I love planning weddings. And she likes my blogging, and I love her…So! If you are interested in something like that, here’s the link. Amorology. (It’s the name of the company.) I don’t know how often I will be able to post. Whenever the fancy strikes I suppose! The latest post on there is my first post.
So, I hope you have a wonderful day. And remember, when trick or treating, never, ever accept unwrapped candy.
