Obsessed: Perky Picks!

Oh man FEBRUARY did me in. Like, I seriously spent most of it on the couch, in bed, or crying in front of the donut shop in my car. True story. I really don’t mean to be a Debbie downer, but it was rough. Mostly because being pregnant is incredibly tough on me, physically, emotionally, and especially mentally. I know, call the waaaambulance. But it’s my truth and I’ve come to terms with it!

So here’s to a better month, the month of March!

For my Babble Voices blog Here’s the Thing I wrote about some things that perk me up:

6 Books that Inspire Me to Write My Own Memoir –mine is going to be called “Craftastrophe”

7 Movies to Watch When You’re In a Funk!

But I thought it would also be fun to share some other things I have been inspired by and obsessed with in the past week, you know, just in case you need a lil boost too. So here you go!

perky-picks-for-march

1. Colorful Raindrop Print by Let’s Die Friends on Etsy $12

2. Gold Heart Pillow by Goods by Grinn $36

3. 5 Minute Picture Frame DIY by Penelope & Pip for Julep

4. Bitty Bunny Baby Blanket and Bitty Bunny Fabric by Mer Mag

5. Limited Edition Gold Baby Moccs by Freshly Picked $60

6. A Pinata Cake How-to (GENIUS) by A Subtle Revelry

Aren’t these such fun finds?! Each of these things are items I saw and immediately thought I AM SO OBSESSED WITH THAT I COULD DIE. I know I tend to be dramatic, but sometimes I’m just so inspired by people drama is the only option.

I personally know the creators of each of these items except for the Raindrop Print, and I can say they are all genius, beautiful women. I think that’s part of what makes the product or DIY so amazing to me. Seemingly ordinary people doing the most wonderful extraordinary things.

Anyway, here’s to a perky weekend friends, and one monster of a month ahead of us! LET’S GO MARCH!

10 more weeks until I get to never be pregnant EVER again. Weee!

Really. I don’t think you know how much I love your honesty. In a world full of fake people, it is so comforting to read real, raw emotions. Thank you so much for blogging!
