I think Spring design is trying to send me some sort of subliminal message: MORE FRUIT, LESS DONUTS. Or some nonsense of that nature. Because I swear, every time I turn my head I see some other cute thing with a large piece of fruit plastered on it. The biggest offender of this adorable trend is Bobo Choses. Their whole Spring grocery line is killing me.

Then again, maybe it’s just because I’m hungry, like all of the time, and I’m starving for Spring. On Sunday we vacuumed and dusted every square inch of the basement. All of the bedrooms are in our basement, and we also gave ALL of Gigi’s many, many “friends” stuffed animals, “tubbies” put them in the washer. It’s safe to say I’m totally nesting, but I have another 2-3 months to go.

I say 2-3 months because itchy indications are pointing towards the likilihood that this will happen again. Weeeee! And this baby could come a month early.

I have some ideas on how to incorporate this fruity little fad, and let’s just say, they involve lots of butter and sugar.

Stay tuned.

Alison

I might possibly be jealous of your short pregnancy, although I’m sure I’d rather go sans itchiness. Maybe we will be hospital friends, I’m shooting for April 3.

    • Haha! Hooray! We’ll see. I promise it’s not worth the itch, but it’s not for sure yet so we’ll see when this man gets busted out! xo

  2. love that cherry pullover.
i have to say a quick hello–i am neighbors with Vanessa (who just had her little man early! yay!) and she told me all about you and that you’d been at alt (me too, sorry i didn’t get to say hello!) and of course i’ve been an instant fan since.
congrats on the basement! hang in there with baby!! being pregnant is fun enough without any extra things to deal with!!
