You guys, it’s almost here. The release of our top secret project, also known as our digital Christmas craft book, also known as A Hip Handmade Holiday: Gifts for everyone on your list for $10 or less, and it will be released on Thursday, November 1st.
So when I say “our” who am I referring to? THE CRAFT PACK!
As you know, I love crafts. I have a lot of opinions about them…so here I go.
Susan and I have been working on this project since last April, and we pulled Matt in shortly after. It consumed my life, my heart, my soul, my world. I honestly gave this my everything. The book is completely digital, which means when you buy it you will get an interactive PDF. It has 18 craft projects, 9 instructional videos and over 100 printable stickers, gift tags, stencils, patterns, and pdfs. And it’s only $10.
The book started as an excited conversation between Susan and I in her kitchen. And before we even had one idea for a craft we were brainstorming business names! Haha, we came up with The Craft Pack mostly so we could call ourselves Pack Leaders. Kidding! Kind of.
The Craft Pack motto is: Crafts are for sharing. And I mean this in every sense. I shared a bit of my heart in every project. I don’t care if it sounds cheesy. Handmade gifts and ideas are how I share my love. Susan and Matt have put their hearts and souls into every bit of the book as well, and we are beyond excited for people to share these projects with their loved ones. We also believe that crafting is better in a pack! We endorse craft nights, neighborhood get-togethers and everything of that sort. We wrote the book with the hopes that these projects will bring people together.
We created crafts and projects for every level of crafter so that ANYONE can create beautiful gifts with a handmade touch. For some people that simply means adding a sticker to a store bought treat, but the stickers we’ve designed are awesome! And it will give that gift a personality of its own. There are also “shortcuts for quicker crafting” for a lot of the gifts. And for other people, people like me who love to share their talent for crafting, there are more intense crafts with detailed instructions. So whatever end of the spectrum you’re at, we tried to create projects for you.
One thing I believe in firmly is people should be able to successfully create any and every project idea I share. This is something I try really hard to do on my blog. I NEVER share projects that only kind of worked for me and might not work for you. And if I do a project that I don’t think can be recreated, I usually only share pictures and not a tutorial. I hate the idea of people struggling with a craft. That’s why we have the instructional videos, and we also have “Pro-tips” throughout the book. One of our tops goals is that the crafts are accessible. Accessible and hip!
I’ll be sharing some projects from the book in the next couple days, as well as a promotional video we made! We also partnered with Vivint to make some videos of amazing bloggers creating crafts from our book. We’ll be sharing those videos all over the Internet November 1st through the 9th to celebrate the launch.
I hope you’re excited to see the book. It really is great. And I’m so excited to FINALLY be able to share this project with you!
Love and crafts,
