That’s why it’s no surprise that she came up with this Heart Warmer tutorial. You fill this little heat pad with rice, and then use a combo of healing essential oils to help cure whatever ails ya! Don’t worry, Elle has researched some great oils for you to use, so you don’t even have to put on your thinking cap. I’m seriously obsessed!
