Why 14-year-old-girls everywhere are begging for genealogy lessons

Why 14-year-old-girls everywhere are begging for genealogy lessons
June 30, 2010 Alison Faulkner

As you may or may not know, I work for BYUtv. As part of my work I help post on a blog that aims to get people amped about genealogy. Yes, I used “amped” and “genealogy” in the same sentence. I just posted on the blog…and I’d LOVE for you to read it.

So to find the answer to the question “Why 14-year-old-girls everywhere are begging for genealogy lessons…”GO HERE.

Or! To watch an exciting series about everyday people and their genealogical journeys…GO HERE.

And if you’d like to tell me how much you love me, comment on HOW FRIGGIN’ HOT IT IS, remark on the dreaminess of Robert or the absurdness of his hair, share some good news, or just get something off your chest…well you can do that RIGHT HERE.

I love you.

And the baby in my tummy loves you too.

yes yes he is so very dreamy. But so very awkward. Him and his bella lover are SOOOOOO awkward. I saw them on Oprah and it hurt me just watching! ugh.

No one hates all the twilight hype more than me. My sis-in-law gave me that effing book for Christmas a couple years ago, I felt obligated to read it, and was miserable the entire way through it. Except for the parts that were so cheesy/flirty that I would read them aloud to my husband and we would laugh and laugh. I am DUMBSTRUCK that grown women like these books.

However, I have to say that Robert Pattinson is DAMN sexy. And I'm beginning to THINK about watching the movies just so I can stare at him.

I read your geneaology blog entry. I'll read just about anything you write. Write a book maybe? Something completely opposite of Twilight? Just throwing it out there.

    THANK you for your support.

And Liz, I couldn't get through the books, I really did try, but my heart wouldn't let me. I do however, FULLY enjoy the movies. They are bad, like really bad, but totally worth it.

Think of it as a generational obligation. What WILL your children think if you did NOT see Twilight when it came out?

    Make em' proud.

my favorite part about this post – is looking at the picture of the twilight guy with his HAIR and then off the right you see darling Eric with his hair. I can't decide if it makes twilight guy seem like he has too much hair – or if it makes eric seem like he has less. 🙂 LOVE YOU. (love to eric too.)
